The foundation of my coaching practice is a combination of Ikigai coaching principles and over 23 years of clinical work in both mental and physical health.

Not Sure Which Coaching Path Is Right for You?

Many women discover ADHD at midlife—often when children are diagnosed or life changes unmask symptoms. If you're navigating both midlife transitions AND ADHD challenges, we can absolutely address both.

Let's talk about what support would serve you best.

My Story

Hi, I'm Sue. I help women find clarity in the midst of change—whether that's navigating midlife transitions or discovering how your ADHD brain works best, using, amongst other tools, the Japanese principle of Ikigai.

I've spent over 23 years working in both physical and mental health. This experience, combined with certifications in Women's Health Physiotherapy, a Master's in Psychology, and an MBA, gives me a truly holistic view of women's wellbeing. (There's a full list at the end if you're curious). I've worked with hundreds of women struggling with how physical changes impacted their lives and sense of self. As a divorced single mum in midlife myself, I know what it's like to question your identity, to feel like you're drowning in tasks, or to wonder if things will ever feel easier. I also don’t believe in the midlife ‘crisis’. I don't believe in the midlife 'crisis'—rather, I believe a midlife 'review', which should be a celebrated evolution as we enter a new chapter of our lives physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is the reason behind our name ‘Kintsugi’ - the art of embracing our imperfections, challenging adversity and creating something that is both beautiful and resilient.

Much of healthcare and coaching looks at women in isolation—focusing on either mental, physical, career, or relational aspects alone. This has made me passionate about looking at a woman holistically and helping you to navigate all aspects of your life, from pelvic floor training to career transitions to relationships, the list is endless. My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to YOU. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we'll work together to build strategies and mindsets that honour who you are and where you want to go.

Specialisations: Midlife transitions, ADHD in adults, late-diagnosed ADHD, career pivots, identity work, and executive function coaching.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me spending time with my three teenage babies (usually driving them to a social engagement of some sort), on a dog walk with my 4th baby, a border terrier called Peanut, exercising, spending quality time with my friends (which usually involves food of some kind) or near/on the water walking or paddle boarding.
